Management software for Maintenance and Repair (CMMS) is a highly useful tool to assist in improving the maintenance and repair system and reducing organizational costs. According to the requirements of Physical Asset Management (ISO 55000 Series), these software solutions are responsible for classifying and maintaining basic information, as well as data on the faults and maintenance of physical assets, such as consumption data for items, human resources performance data, contractors, and more. They also aid in expediting prioritization, planning, scheduling, task allocation, calculating key performance indicators, and providing reports on the performance of physical assets and the effectiveness of the physical asset management system.

It is worth mentioning that Behpouyan Company has successfully developed a Maintenance and Repair Management System titled "HaaNet." By considering the aforementioned requirements and utilizing intelligent tools, the decision support system is designed for the optimal and reliable management of the organization's maintenance assets.

The "HaaNet" system was unveiled during the Research Week Exhibition (Testa) in Azar 1400 in Tehran, achieving TRL 7. It was inaugurated by the esteemed Minister of Science and the honorable Deputy for Scientific and Technological Affairs of the Presidency. This project is also the first to receive investment from the Innovation and Prosperity Fund and the Research Fund in Khorasan Razavi Province.
